Job summary

Riverwood Healthcare Center in Aitkin, MN seeks a Staffing Coordinator to partner with clinic leadership, providers, nurses and staff to ensure proper staffing and coverage based on patient care needs. You will create and maintain provider and clinical staff schedules, following established policies and guidelines.

Ideal candidates have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Epic EHR, and demonstrate professionalism through accountability, sound judgment, and collaboration in a healthcare

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous healthcare or office administrative experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Epic EHR is required.

Salary Range: $20.82 To $25.55 Hourly

About the Position:

The Staffing Coordinator collaborates with clinic leadership, providers, nurses, and clinical support staff to ensure appropriate staffing and schedule coverage based on patient care and operational needs. The position creates, maintains, and coordinates provider and clinical staff schedules in accordance with established policies and guidelines. The Staffing Coordinator demonstrates professionalism through accountability, sound judgment, effective communication, and collaboration.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous healthcare or office administrative experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and electronic health record (Epic) is required.

M-F, 7-3:30 pm
1.0 fte. 40 hours a week, 80 hours a pay period.
