Job summary

Palm Garden of Gainesville is seeking a Staffing Coordinator who helps ensure the center is properly staffed, creates schedules, fills call-outs, coordinates last‑minute replacements and maintains appropriate staff to resident ratios. The ideal candidate has about 1 year of nurse staffing or scheduling experience and strong communication and people skills.
