Job summary

Exton Post Acute in Exton, PA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing levels and nursing coverage across all units.

You will complete monthly schedules, coordinate variances with the Director of Nursing Services, maintain staffing records, and foster strong relationships with staff to support safe, high-quality resident care.

Daily Pay is available; the role offers a benefits package including health and retirement options and a collaborative, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or Payroll support within a nursing center or healthcare setting is required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex scheduling needs.
• Ability to balance staffing levels with multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating nursing schedules and managing variances preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the center maintains appropriate staffing levels and adequate nursing coverage at all times.
• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating staff requests to ensure proper unit coverage.
• Prepare, complete, and post work schedules and staffing sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate staffing variances and schedule changes with the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
• Maintain accurate staffing records and ensure schedules align with operational and regulatory needs.
• Build strong working relationships with staff to support collaboration and staffing stability.
• Communicate schedule updates, changes, and staffing needs clearly and professionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations.
