Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Staffing Consultant (Recruiter) in Madison to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary and contract roles. You will source, interview, and place candidates with client companies in a relationship-driven sales environment.

You will build pipelines via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking, interview candidates, review resumes, guide offers, and maintain ongoing candidate engagement to ensure successful placements.
