Key Responsibilities

• - Negotiate rates, margins, placement terms, and service expectations with client companies.
• - Recruit, evaluate, and match qualified candidates to open roles generated through client development efforts.
• - Manage client relationships to drive repeat business, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
• - Track activity, pipeline, client communication, and placement progress in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• - Salary: $50,000 per year.
