Job summary

TheKey in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Staffing Assistant to support high-quality service delivery, client relationship management, and caregiver recruitment, development, and retention. You will help ensure referrals are consistent and high-quality, while maintaining caregiver records and documentation.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, excellent customer service, and the ability to document timely and accurately in our system; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

The Staffing Assistant supports the overall including high-quality service delivery, client relationship management, and caregiver recruitment, development, and retention. The Staffing Assistant will help ensure all referrals are consistent and high-quality. Also keeping track of the caregiver records.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• One year of experience in health care.
