As a Caregiver Ambassador, you will be a local champion for TheKey—helping grow our caregiver team through community outreach, hiring events, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and grassroots recruiting efforts. You will create a welcoming, supportive experience for prospective caregivers, answer questions about opportunities with TheKey, and help qualified candidates navigate the hiring and onboarding process.
During the first 90 days, your primary focus will be recruiting: increasing local awareness of TheKey, connecting with potential caregivers beyond traditional online channels, and helping candidates you engage move efficiently from first conversation through onboarding. You may conduct on-the-spot screenings and interviews, support candidates in iCIMS, and partner closely with local leadership and Talent Acquisition to build a strong, reliable caregiver pipeline.
As local needs evolve, you will also have the opportunity to support caregiver onboarding, training, engagement, and other initiatives that help caregivers feel prepared, connected, and successful at TheKey.
