Job summary

Educational Service Center of Central Ohio is seeking a Staff Web Developer to deliver high-quality, accessible web solutions for OCALI clients and staff. The role emphasizes developer-first thinking, collaboration, and maintaining scalable code with a strong focus on accessibility.

The position is hybrid and based in Central Ohio, requiring on-site collaboration for meetings and planning. Strong frontend skills, experience with Laravel/Laravel Filament, and a willingness to learn and share

Qualifications

• Front-end development with HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript and responsive layouts.
• Experience with Bootstrap, jQuery, Alpine JS, Livewire, Laravel, Laravel Filament, NPM, and Laravel Mix.
• Familiarity with Gitflow, PRs, code review, testing, and release practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain websites and web apps.
• Write clean, accessible, and documented code.
• Troubleshoot bugs and accessibility issues in production.
• Participate in planning, design reviews, QA, and releases.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements.
