Harvey is seeking a Staff Web Designer in San Francisco to own and elevate our website design system across harvey.ai and related surfaces. You’ll lead research, prototyping, and design hand-offs, partnering with engineers, motion designers, and product marketing to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor junior designers, push accessibility and performance, and leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, shaping a best-in-class legal AI website experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience in web/digital products.
• Portfolio showing UX, interaction, responsive design, and design-system work.
• Expertise in systems thinking and scalable design systems.
• Strong skills in Figma and pixel-perfect specs for dev hand-offs.
• Experience using AI-assisted design workflows.
