Job summary

Elevance Health, through Carelon Global Solutions, is seeking a Staff VP Carelon Growth to develop and execute external growth strategy, identify and secure new business, and align with the Carelon plan, roadmap, and client engagements. The role collaborates with marketing to advance growth across channels.

The Staff VP will lead seven direct and about twelve indirect reports, drive market validation, prospecting, and pipeline growth, and support proposals. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience in healthcare or health plan environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new business from existing and new clients to meet growth targets.
• Lead market validation studies and outreach to generate key insights and sales pipeline.
• Develop sales playbooks and coordinating with marketing and communications teams.
• Manage and mentor a team of direct and indirect reports; provide coaching and performance evaluations.
• Travel to worksites and offices as needed to support sales efforts.
