Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of virtualization technology including hypervisors and network virtualization.
• Expert knowledge of KVM and Harvester.
• Expert knowledge of vSphere, vSan, vMotion, vCenter and/or vRa.
• Expert knowledge of best practice VMware deployment techniques.
• Knowledge of VMware alternatives (KVM/Nutanix, RedHat/OpenShift).
• Automation experience using PowerCLI, Python, or Go.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for deployments.
• Experience debugging vSphere cluster issues (pktcap-uw, esxtop, esxcli).
• Enterprise virtualization deployment experience.
• Knowledge of L2/L3 networks and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Programming/scripting: Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
