• Own end-to-end research roadmaps for key product spaces and tie objectives to success metrics.
• Drive generative and exploratory research during early product discovery.
• Lead usability testing and concept validation with rigorous methods.
• Design and execute mixed-method studies, triangulating findings with product analytics and external trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to co-own domain strategy and feature roadmaps.
