Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX research experience embedded in cross-functional teams delivering consumer applications.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex spaces into actionable plans.
• Proven track record as a mixed methods researcher with qualitative and quantitative execution.
• Practical experience incorporating AI into research workflows and a desire to experiment with new methodologies.
• Flexibility in choosing rapid lean checks or foundational longitudinal studies based on risk and timeline.
• Strong fluency in product analytics and partnering with analytics to validate hypotheses at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end research roadmaps for key product spaces and tie objectives to domain success metrics.
• Drive generative and exploratory research during early product discovery to define direction before design.
• Lead or delegate tactical research (usability testing, concept validation) to partners.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, triangulating findings with product analytics and external sources.
• Incorporate AI into research workflows to accelerate and augment insights.
• Act as embedded strategic partner to co-own domain strategy and inform feature roadmaps.
