Job summary

Google LLC in New York, NY, seeks a Staff UX Program Manager for Search UX App Foundations. You will partner with UX, engineering and product teams to plan, launch and scale cross-functional programs impacting mobile and web experiences.

You will define milestones, manage dependencies, optimize workflows, and integrate AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery while keeping a user-centered focus. This role offers equity, a 20% bonus target, and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience managing and scaling UX related programs.
• 8 years of experience driving operational efforts across organizations.
• Experience with UX disciplines and user-centered development tools and methodologies.
• Experience with the velocity/productivity of teams, products, and systems, and integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience shipping product features across mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leads to define and manage programs from conception through launch across mobile app portfolios.
• Drive the coordination, strategic planning, and operational execution for complex, cross-functional projects.
• Define and establish operational processes that improve clarity, team efficiency, resource allocation, and project momentum.
• Develop and own partner engagement and communication strategies across Search and Google.
• Adopt internal AI-based tools to automate tracking, streamline status reporting, and increase overall program effectiveness.
