Seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer for Walmart’s Finance UX team. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to build powerful, streamlined experiences for Finance associates. Successful candidates will think strategically, communicate value clearly, and carefully steward the craft and efficacy of associate experiences.
At Walmart we’re building the future of Finance- transforming Walmart’s financial practice with cutting-edge technology and data. The Finance Product UX team supports Walmart’s financial operations from end to end- empowering associates, reducing costs, and automating repetitive operations to help our company grow. This role will support a broad portfolio – leading small teams in the research, design, and launch of multiple products.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes bonuses and potentially stock options.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area with 4 years’ experience. Option 2: 6 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
Design certification, experience in product development in UX, a Master’s degree in related fields, industry experience, and knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
