Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering with a Transportation concentration required.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• PTOE certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player who can work independently and on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis, design, and traffic engineering for transportation, highway, and land development projects.
• Lead and review traffic impact studies, permits, signal designs, PS&E packages, and related reports.
• May oversee work of junior engineers and technical staff.
• Communicate and collaborate with design teams and clients.
• Assist project managers with proposals, scope of works, and cost estimates.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by senior leadership.
