Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive hardware design and development across Connected Warfare programs. You will work with engineering, product, business, and government stakeholders to deliver innovative, compliant solutions for defense applications.

The role requires extensive experience in hardware development, program management, and familiarity with ITAR/RMF standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years managing complex hardware development programs through all phases of the hardware development cycle.
At least 8+ years in TPM/PM/Engineering leadership roles in tech or aerospace/defense.
Hands-on experience with wearable or head-mounted display systems and AR/VR platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate program schedules, timelines, and resources for multiple hardware programs.
Serve as primary liaison between research, engineering, product, and external stakeholders, including contractors and government entities.
Ensure compliance with ITAR, RMF, and other regulatory requirements while mitigating risks.
Identify and manage technical, schedule, and compliance risks to maintain momentum.
Deliver clear program updates, technical briefs, and performance reports to stakeholders.
