Role Description The Staff Therapist is a full-time, hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with a mix of in-person sessions at the office and work-from-home telehealth appointments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual, couples, and group psychotherapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities aligned with client needs. The therapist will complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and other team members. Additional tasks include participating in case consultations, engaging in ongoing professional development, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive practice environment. The role may also involve limited administrative tasks related to scheduling, client communication, and adherence to practice policies and ethical standards.
