Job summary

Wolfspeed in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a Staff Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement cost-effective test methods and equipment for all phases of new product development and manufacturing. You will create test programs, design fixtures, generate specifications and procedures, and plan labor, schedules, and equipment for testing and validation.

You will work closely with business units, vendors, and OSATs to transfer new products to production, participate in cross-functional groups,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 4–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with test development, characterization, data sheet testing, bench equipment, ATE testers and handlers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with critical thinking.
