Job summary

Mercury Insurance is seeking a senior QA leader to ensure reliability of complex rating and policy-system changes. You will develop test plans, lead manual and automated testing, and scale automation across API, integration, and regression testing.

You will mentor colleagues, drive continuous improvement, and introduce AI-enabled testing methods to boost coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years industry experience, including leading testing teams on medium-sized projects.
• 3+ years writing complex automation tests, with Java/Python and API testing experience.
