Under the direction of a radiologist, performs computed tomographicprocedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervisionof technical detail. Performs a variety of technical proceduresthat will require independent judgement to apply prescribedionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibilityfor designated areas or procedures as required. Can assist theradiologist in interventional procedures. Serves as an ambassadorof UTMC in the community, demonstrating our organization’s values,services and mission.
