Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a senior Security Compliance Lead to manage a geographically dispersed team of highly technical security engineers and drive governance across IT systems.

You will solve complex security challenges, report program status to senior leadership, and ensure all security compliance deliverables are accurate while collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 15+ years of security compliance experience.
• CISSP or CISM certification required.
• Lead Authority to Operate (ATO) maintenance for IT systems.
• Identification of IT Systems Current Security Postures.
• Identification of the potential risk of future programs, designs and implementations of future programs related to the deployment of IT Systems.
• Research, design, and engineer solutions to security requirements.
• Alternative analysis and recommendations.
• Document and submit status reports and invoice data.
• Review documentation deliverables for accuracy and correctness prior to final submission.
• Interface with and report up to government and TSTC senior leadership.
• Review and ensure security compliance deliverables are accurate and correct.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Work independently, proactively identify and complete tasks.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs
