Job summary

Google is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end robotics and AI/ML initiatives within the AI and Infrastructure team. You will drive multi-disciplinary projects, coordinate with engineers, product teams, and external partners, and refine NPI practices to deliver high-quality robotic solutions on schedule and within budget.

You will mentor junior TPMs, influence across matrixed teams, and scale automated solutions using AI/ML technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of experience in robotics, advanced manufacturing, or global supply chain NPI.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 8 years managing cross-functional projects preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML for operational efficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority bridging internal teams with external partners (vendors).
• Own technical execution of major strategic rollouts and refine NPI practices.
• Translate ambiguous scenarios into data-driven roadmaps and white papers with exec visibility.
• Partner with engineering leads to define system architectures and expand AI/ML solutions.
• Mentor junior TPMs and drive organizational initiatives to improve operations.
