Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution across Electrical Distribution Systems and Vehicle Integration Teams. You will serve as the connective tissue between electrical design and physical implementation, spanning the full product lifecycle within Hardware Product Engineering.

The role requires leadership across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and operations, with a hybrid work model in which Aurorans are in the office at least 3 days per

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex hardware development programs with cross-functional resources.
• Proven ability to build and maintain program control docs including schedules, risks, resources, budgets.
• Experience executing engineering change management processes.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to be located in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• EDS Leadership: ensure materials are delivered on time and reflected in plans.
• Cross‑Functional Integration: represent EDS in program planning and scheduling.
• First Article Development: liaison for internal builds and priorities.
• External Fabrication Support: align with supply chain and suppliers on releases and plans.
• Risk Management: guide risk assessments for proactive mitigation.
• Design Control: lead EDS change control board submissions through closure.
• Operational Excellence: standardize processes and tracking across the lifecycle.
