Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of high-priority programs spanning multiple product areas and engineering teams. You will translate strategy into executable plans, set KPIs, and ensure on-time shipping of features.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, experience with distributed systems, and familiarity with fintech or crypto ecosystems. This position is remote-friendly with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

7+ years leading large cross-functional programs in a high-growth tech setting.
Proven ability to drive programs from framing through launch independently.
Technical fluency with distributed systems for architecture discussions.
Experience defining program KPIs and using data-driven prioritization.
Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, crypto, web3, or DeFi.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional programs from problem definition to launch.
Set program cadence, dashboards, risks, and milestones; align Product, Eng, Design, Data.
Identify risks and dependencies; drive mitigations and escalation as needed.
Collaborate with engineering leads on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Translate product goals into executable program plans and KPIs.
