Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering leader, or similar role driving large technical programs in a high-growth consumer technology company.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity, tight timelines, and regulatory constraints, delivering programs from framing through launch.
• Technical fluency in modern distributed systems to engage with Staff+ engineers on architecture and sequencing decisions.
• Experience defining program KPIs and using dashboards and data to guide prioritization with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Drive the operating cadence for programs, including kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, and risk tracking.
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies, drive mitigations, and escalate as needed to leadership.
• Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technical trade-offs for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and define program KPIs.
