Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Program Manager for its Air Dominance and Strike Division. You will lead development programs from early R&D to contract capture, coordinating with the Chief Engineer and government customers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and strong cost control across complex technical systems.

You will manage multiple programs, build trusted relationships with DoD customers, and shape the program’s strategic roadmap.

Qualifications

Active U.S. Top Secret clearance is required.
Minimum 5 years experience managing the development of complex technical systems throughout the product lifecycle.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Own development and deployment of Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet DoD needs.
Develop strong relationships with DoD customers and shape solutions.
Execute on broad requirements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple programs.
Monitor program progress across cost, schedule, and resources; make tradeoffs as needed.
Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, risk management, and communications.
Be a trusted partner to Anduril’s engineers and recruit top talent as needed.
Collaborate on pricing strategies for proposals and long-term roadmaps for R&D investments.
