Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Program Director for the Air Dominance and Strike Division to lead one of its largest development programs from early R&D to contract close. You will own cost, schedule, and performance while coordinating with the Chief Engineer and government customers to deliver field-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience managing the development of complex technical systems.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar project delivery on time and on budget.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and deployment of Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet DoD needs.
• Develop strong relationships with DoD customers and enable rapid iteration and fielding of solutions.
• Autonomously execute on broad/ambiguous requirements to deliver outcomes on multiple programs.
• Monitor and manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resources; make tradeoffs.
• Develop and implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, scope, and risk management.
• Be highly owning of all work and act as a trusted partner to engineers.
• Foster a high-performance culture and identify team development or recruitment opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and business development to develop pricing strategies for proposals.
• Collaborate with senior management to refine strategic R&D roadmap for Air Dominance & Strike.
