Job summary

Google is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional AI initiatives, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation and next‑generation search. You will drive end‑to‑end programs, balance research, execution, and adoption, and partner with senior engineers, PMs, and SREs to deliver scalable, low‑cost retrieval infrastructure.

• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Explain analyses and tradeoffs to executives and engineers.
• Drive strategic cross-organizational AI initiatives and program dashboards.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders, PMs, and SRE teams to deliver scalable infra.
