As a Staff Technical Program Manager within our engineering PMO (ePMO) team, you will partner with product engineering and business leaders to establish and manage the Practice area's portfolio. Your responsibilities will include helping clarify and challenge objectives, creating and updating roadmaps, and assessing complexities and risks. You will work closely with skilled leaders and team members to deliver high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently.
Join a vibrant ePMO team within Collective Health Engineering, dedicated to executing portfolio and programs, ensuring consistency and timely delivery that aligns with ePMO's best practices. You will evaluate and assess program health, recommend necessary corrective actions, and promptly escalate issues for resolution.
This role requires a strategic mindset, technical background, and the ability to influence and align multiple practice areas. Reporting to the Head of the ePMO, your responsibilities will include defining and evolving best practices in program execution, scaling Agile methodologies, and mentoring other program managers within the organization.
This is a hybrid position based out of our San Francisco office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week.
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
Pay range: $168,000 - $210,000 USD
