  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to gain support and alignment on initiatives and priorities.
  • Provide executive-level visibility into initiative health, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of fundamental challenges to further shape product and technical direction.
  • Influence leaders across the org to meet the evolving needs of the business, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals.
  • Champion innovation and drive initiatives that enhance agility, scalability, and operational efficiency across the organization.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related technical subject area (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience successfully leading technical programs in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Expertise in Agile execution and the use of Jira and Jira plan is required.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment among senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shifts in priorities.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.
  • Technical understanding of the work involved. Willingness to develop domain expertise in the area they operate.
  • Experience defining and running end-to-end complex and large scale, technical initiatives/programs that deliver measurable business value.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, product lifecycle management, and product engineering operations.
