Job summary

GE HealthCare in the United States is seeking a Staff Technical Project Manager for ECG Management in Digital Cardiology. You will track product quality and customer satisfaction, and translate learnings to product managers, program managers, and engineers.

The role requires managing complex programs, strong leadership and communication, and collaboration across global teams. A hybrid schedule with on-site three days per week at the Waukesha, WI office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years on an engineering product team.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical troubleshooting with customer digital healthcare systems.
• Experience defining program requirements with stakeholders and aligning to business objectives.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with three days on-site at the Waukesha, WI office.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.—no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
• Track product quality and report to leadership in reviews.
• Own customer escalations and coordinate with the engineering team.
• Support resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with regulatory affairs and program managers on country change notifications.
• Approve supplier change requests for software products.
• Monitor design change progress and address issues or risks.
• Ensure multi-functional projects integrate within the program.
• Manage project risks and scope changes throughout lifecycle.
• Maintain periodic safety update reports.
• Interface with customers and coworkers across regions.
