Job summary

GE HealthCare in Wisconsin is seeking a Staff Technical Project Manager for ECG Management in Digital Cardiology to track product quality and customer satisfaction in the install base. You will translate learnings from customers to product managers, program managers and engineers while leading cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering product teams, hybrid work with 3 days on-site in Waukesha, and a US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.
• Maintain periodic safety update reports.
• Interfacing directly with customers and coworkers in multiple regions and countries.

Desired Characteristics

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) related field.
• 6+ years of experience working in a regulated healthcare industry with medical device development.
• 6+ years of experience with applying and understanding healthcare and medical devices Quality Management System guidelines.
• Strong technical skills including network troubleshooting, SQL, C# and C++ familiarity.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical computer and network issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering on time and within budget.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $105,600.00-$158,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
