Job summary

GE HealthCare in Wisconsin is seeking a Staff Technical Project Manager for ECG Management in Digital Cardiology to track product quality and customer satisfaction in the install base. You will translate learnings from customers to product managers, program managers and engineers while leading cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering product teams, hybrid work with 3 days on-site in Waukesha, and a US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience on an engineering product team.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical troubleshooting with customer digital healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders to define program requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with three days per week on-site at the GE HealthCare office located in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
• Demonstrated flexibility in approach to work hours, and willingness to partner with and accommodate global teams and schedules.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting.
• Tracking product quality and reporting to leadership in reviews.
• Owning customer escalations and coordinating with the engineering team.
• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies.
• Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required.
• Coordinating with regulatory affairs and program managers on country change notifications.
• Approving supplier change requests for software only products.
• Monitor and report on design change progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Supporting the Program Manager, ensuring that multi-functional projects integrate properly within the program.
• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.
• Maintain periodic safety update reports.
• Interfacing directly with customers and coworkers in multiple regions and countries.
