Mainspring Energy, Inc. is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Software Engineering to act as the execution catalyst for our most critical software initiatives.

You translate strategy into high-velocity delivery, bridge long hardware cycles with agile software, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap. You own end-to-end programs, build integrated schedules, mitigate risks, and partner with engineering to accelerate development while preserving quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the program end-to-end from concept to validation readiness; build and maintain the integrated master schedule aligning software with hardware/EE dependencies.
• Establish scalable engineering workflows; drive bug triage, validation planning, and Engineering Change (EC) management.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to resolve cross-disciplinary dependencies across firmware, controls, and hardware.
• Provide data-driven program health visibility and executive-level recommendations; track Say/Do ratios and risk lists.
