Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience leading cross-team projects and initiatives.
• Experience leading a team of engineers on complex projects.
• Strong C++ programming experience.
• Experience with building scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with ML data and Flywheels.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and contribute to Waymo's ML data infrastructure platform for planet-scale ML Flywheel deployment.
• Collaborate with onboard & offboard Foundation models to align data infra needs, quality and freshness.
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers to implement infra components efficiently.
• Drive cross-team collaboration with ML models and data-centric initiatives at Waymo.
