Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years in programming, debugging, computer architecture, and C++.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in people management / supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements to ML software/hardware stacks through performance debugging.
• Summarize trace timelines, memory usage, HLO profiles, and ML graph summaries.
• Support new ML paradigms by contributing across end-to-end stacks and analysis tools.
• Collaborate with product area leads to understand model optimization use cases and drive cross-functional efforts.
• Coordinate across Hardware, Driver, Runtime, and Performance Analysis teams.
