Job summary

You will focus on C++ and Python workloads, manage teams across locations, and collaborate with Hardware, Driver, Runtime, and ML analytics groups to deliver scalable AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience in programming, debugging, computer architecture, and C++.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across major projects and guide engineers.
• Set project goals, contribute to product strategy, and help develop your team.
• Manage engineers across multiple teams and locations and oversee large product budgets.
• Work on hardware/software interactions with accelerators and profiling systems.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Driver, Runtime, and Performance Analysis teams and stakeholders.
