We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong full cycle recruiting experience, a disciplined approach to process, and a commitment to supporting national security missions through exceptional hiring. In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders across technical and corporate functions, ensuring we bring in high quality talent while upholding the compliance standards essential to Department of Defense (DoD) supported work. This is a full time, in office, exempt, non supervisory position based in either Northridge, CA, Niwot, CO or Tucson, AZ. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise within a collaborative, mission driven HR team.
The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to: the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
