The role requires problem solving, detailed instruction writing, and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with Assembly OPs/Testing and problem solving for integrated systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Experience generating detailed work instructions for assembly and integration operations.
• Must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWIs), procedures, and other documentation needed to conduct spacecraft assembly/testing at both the factory and the launch site.
• Review and approve Engineering and Assembly Drawings with design engineers.
• Support Mechanical and cross-functional AIT&L operations; provide real-time floor support for ATLO operations to modify MWIs and processes as needed.
• Drive parts and paper planning and scheduling to ensure resources and MWIs are available prior to need.
• Support CPEs in the verification of data for product certifications.
