Job summary

Thatgamecompany is seeking a Staff Systems Software Engineer to join a remote team supporting US & Canada. You will build the systems that prove gameplay features work reliably, at scale, across devices and commits.

You will own test automation, regression tooling, and performance instrumentation to accelerate developer velocity and quality floors across Cloud, Backend, and Client Engineering.

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in test automation and backend systems.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the studio's functional test automation framework and coverage tooling.
• Develop regression analysis tooling to attribute failures to commits.
• Improve test suite speed and determinism via flaky test handling and parallelism.
