Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering with 11+ years of experience.
• Alternatively, Master's degree with 9+ years of experience.
• Experience with actuation systems and MATLAB/Simscape for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex system design & analysis across electrical, mechanical, software, actuation, and composite technologies.
• Define system architecture from customer requirements and standards.
• Manage requirements with subsystem definitions, derived requirements, tolerances, and traceability.
• Use modeling and simulation to verify performance, reliability, safety, and risk mitigation.
• Create and manage test plans, procedures, fixtures, and tooling globally.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with customers and internal teams on requirements and test results.
