Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineering with 11+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree with 9+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Experience with actuation systems (motors, gearing, electronics) preferred.
• Proven ability to interpret diagrams and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex system design across multiple tech domains (electrical, mechanical, software, actuation).
• Define system architecture from customer requirements and standards.
• Manage requirements, tolerances, and traceability.
• Use modeling and simulation to verify performance, reliability, and safety.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Support proposals with technical definitions and compliance documentation.
