Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on thermal design experience for servers or high-power electronics.
• Experience with liquid cooling and hyperscale deployments preferred.
• Strong ability to translate thermal data into design changes and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• System thermal design for air- and liquid-cooled platforms.
• Perform CFD and thermal simulations to guide layout and cooling margins.
• Instrument systems and conduct thermal characterization and margin validation.
• Support thermal bring-up during EVT/DVT/PVT and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with mechanical, hardware, power, and manufacturing teams on thermal requirements.
