C&N is seeking a temporary Staff Support Specialist to assist our Wealth Management Tax Group during the 2027 tax season. The role focuses on managing tax documents, data entry, and administrative support from September 8, 2026, through April 16, 2027.

Qualifications

Who are you?

You’re organized, reliable, and ready to support a fast-paced team as they prepare for and work through their busiest time of year. At C&N, we’re seeking a temporary Staff Support Specialist to assist our Wealth Management Tax Group throughout the 2027 tax season. In this temporary role, you’ll help manage the flow of tax documents, support tracking and data entry needs, enter tax information into specialized software, coordinate communications, and ensure materials reach the right person at the right time.


If you enjoy administrative work, have strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working with data and Excel, this could be a great opportunity to gain meaningful experience in a professional tax and wealth management environment. This position is anticipated to begin September 8, 2026, and continue through April 16, 2027.


You will be responsible for:


  • Document & Workflow Support: Organize, track, and route incoming and outgoing tax documents; scan, file, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.

  • Tax Data Entry: Review information provided through tax input sheets and accurately enter data into the appropriate tax preparation software. Training on the tax software will be provided.

  • Excel & Data Tracking: Update spreadsheets, enter data, and support tracking activities to help the team effectively manage tax season workflow. Familiarity with Excel is required.

  • Administrative Assistance: Prepare tax packets and correspondence, coordinate follow-up tasks, and provide general administrative support to the Tax Group.

  • Team Communication: Assist teammates by providing timely updates, routing materials, and supporting smooth, efficient processes.

  • Customer Service: Uphold C&N’s Customer Service Standards in every interaction with internal team members and external partners.


Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need a High School Diploma or GED AND previous experience in administrative support, document processing, or a related role preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Familiarity with tax documents or tax preparation software is helpful but not required—training will be provided.
