You’re organized, reliable, and ready to support a fast-paced team as they prepare for and work through their busiest time of year. At C&N, we’re seeking a temporary Staff Support Specialist to assist our Wealth Management Tax Group throughout the 2027 tax season. In this temporary role, you’ll help manage the flow of tax documents, support tracking and data entry needs, enter tax information into specialized software, coordinate communications, and ensure materials reach the right person at the right time.
If you enjoy administrative work, have strong attention to detail, and are comfortable working with data and Excel, this could be a great opportunity to gain meaningful experience in a professional tax and wealth management environment. This position is anticipated to begin September 8, 2026, and continue through April 16, 2027.
Education & Experience – You will need a High School Diploma or GEDAND previous experience in administrative support, document processing, or a related role preferred ORan equivalent combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with tax documents or tax preparation software is helpful but not required—training will be provided.
