The role involves developing complex deliverables, mentoring staff, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and ensuring quality and schedule goals while supporting client needs on large transmission projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized program.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background check.
• Strong knowledge of transmission line design and codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to project teams.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on moderately complex projects.
• Support client interests and contribute to business development.
• Mentor junior staff and manage resource assignments.
