Dewberry seeks a Staff Structural (Bridge) Engineer to join its Boston, MA office. You’ll design bridges (steel/concrete) and other transportation structures, prepare estimates and specs, and support construction.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of bridge engineering experience.
• EIT preferred.
• Ability to perform field inspections.
• Preference for knowledge of STAAD, MathCad, Tedds, RISA, or similar analysis programs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team environment.

Dewberry is seeking a Staff Structural (Bridge) Engineerto work in itsBoston, MAoffice. The successful candidate will be part of a team designing simple and complex bridges (primarily of steel and concrete construction) and a variety of transportation related structures (retaining walls, culverts, sign structures, and other miscellaneous structures) using applicable software. The candidate will also be involved in the development of contract plans, the preparation of engineer's estimates and construction specifications, and performing construction support services. Salary Range

The projected range for this position is $74,900 to $96,300 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for Boston, MA only.
