Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and leading large-scale production services in AWS/GCP.
• Expertise in Kubernetes patterns and Linux standards for enterprise environments.
• Designing multi-region, highly available cloud architectures from scratch.
• Troubleshooting Kubernetes networking, storage, scheduling, and lifecycle issues.
• Infra as Code with Terraform and Helm; strong Golang/Python software skills.
• CI/CD and GitOps practices; observability-focused engineering.
• Security controls and FedRAMP/compliance in regulated cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure and production services.
• Participate in global on-call rotation for highly available customer-facing systems.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews for systemic improvements.
• Define and improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance availability, scalability, and performance.
• Maintain continuous audit readiness and FedRAMP compliance.
• Advance observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
• Develop automation using Go, Python, Terraform, and related tech.
• Reduce toil with tooling and platform engineering; improve CI/CD workflows.
