You will implement SRE best practices, develop dashboards, and automate to improve uptime while partnering with product and engineering teams to reduce incidents. The role emphasizes postmortems, RCA, and scalable infrastructure in a healthcare technology context, leveraging tools like Dynatrace, Terraform, and cloud services across Windows and Linux

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 8+ years of software development or engineering experience is required.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote collaborative teamwork and work with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Lead investigations and propose solutions to development and design problems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and observability to improve uptime and reliability.
• Create postmortems and RCA reports for production incidents with long-term fixes.
• Build automations to reduce toil and enable self-healing of applications.
