Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating large-scale fault-tolerant systems.
• Hands-on observability instrumentation and governance of metrics/logs/traces.
• Proven ability to lead incident response and post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Shape multi-year roadmap for operational excellence and production readiness.
• Govern New Service Introduction framework for production readiness.
• Establish service ownership standards and runbooks across services.
• Lead evolution of shared observability platform with logs, metrics, traces and dashboards.
• Define SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and escalation mechanisms.
• Coordinate high-severity incident response and executive communications.
• Drive blameless post-incident reviews and systemic remediation actions.
• Oversee capacity forecasting and cloud/Kubernetes capacity planning.
• Develop AI Ops capabilities for event correlation and autonomous triage.
